Kielce University of Technology, Polish Maintenance Society, are pleased to announce the organization of 13^th Conference on Science and Technology "Terotechnology 2023".

Over twenty years have already passed since the first Conference on Terotechnology had been taking place. It is still a joint venture of Kielce University of Technology, Polish Maintenance Society, Kielce Trade Fairs and Polish Society for Stereology. For the first time the conference was held in 2001, and subsequent meetings were held in 2005-2009 in the annual cycle. Since the year 2011 a two-year conference cycle has been established.

Dozens of people meet at the conference: experienced researchers, young scientists and many practitioners from industry. A special feature of our Conference is broad formula resulting from the extent of the concept of "terotechnology". This facilitates the integration of various disciplines and specialties. The final form of the Conference will be shaped through the articles submitted by the participants.

The role of organizers is to create conditions for the presentation of research results and publish them in a scientific journals or monographs consisting of thematically consistent articles. The organizers believe that a new formula adopted this year will contribute to the success of the conference. It includes a two-day event with an integration meeting at the end of the first the day and visiting expositions of Kielce Trade Fairs on the second day.

Foreign guests, mainly from research centers in Slovakia and Ukraine participated in each of the previous conferences. This year we also look forward to their participation. We are glad that the number of participants and articles directly related to the industry is continually growing.

Quality and ethics of the conference are consistent with the guidelines written by IEEE and endorsed by most major publishers. Conference organizers declare to to obey international spam ethics.
